Mockingbird London is a trading name of MG One Holding Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16385481). We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website and our related services. We are responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is used.

2. What personal data we collect and why
Website hosting — Squarespace
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. As part of normal hosting, Squarespace automatically collects server log data when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We do not access or use this data directly.
Legal basis: legitimate interests — necessary to operate a functioning website.

Email sign-ups — MailerLite
When you submit your email address through our waitlist or sign-up form, we collect your email address, the date and time of sign-up, and the page from which you signed up. We use this to send you updates about Mockingbird London — including our opening date, founding membership information, and events.
Legal basis: consent. You provide your email address voluntarily. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by emailing contact@mockingbirdgolf.co.uk.

Retention: your email address is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. On unsubscribing, it is removed from our active list within 30 days.
Advertising and analytics — Meta Pixel
Our website uses Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. The Pixel allows us to measure how many people visit our site after seeing one of our Facebook or Instagram adverts, show relevant adverts to people who have previously visited our site, and build audiences of people likely to be interested in Mockingbird London.
The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit on our site, and actions you take — such as completing our sign-up form. Meta may combine this data with information they already hold about you if you are logged into a Facebook or Instagram account when you visit our site.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf and are contractually bound to handle it in accordance with UK GDPR.

Booking and payment data: to be confirmed when the booking system launches in September 2026.
